Sunny Gives Too Many Details

A number of things went wrong during this phone call. First of all, Sunny did not listen to the topic before calling in. Second, how could she possibly not hear the verbal mocking that was coming down the phone line for about two minutes? Finally, she gave way too many details that had nothing to do with the story. Nice job, Sunny.
