For many, the highlight of the Presidential Inauguration back in January was former President George W. Bush's inability to properly put on a poncho.  Photos popped up online.  Memes were generated.  And we all got a good laugh about it!

Yesterday, GW was on Ellen and she questioned the former President about his poncho problems.  "Had you put one on? Is that the first time?," the talk show host asked.  "Yeah, it looks like it," joked Bush.  Ellen then presented him with his very own Presidential poncho, complete with instructions on how to use it.
