Last week, a lot of college kids flocked to Florida for spring break. And while many boarded cruise ships to get away for a week, two girls from West Virginia experienced a cruise ship in a very different way.
On Saturday in Port Canaveral, FL, two girls were riding jet skis when one of them fell off. While she was trying to get back on, the jet ski tipped over. To make matters worse, a Carnival cruise ship was leaving port at the same time and was headed right for the girl. Luckily, Seaport Security Marine Deputy Tanner Primmer swooped in and saved the two girls from being hit by the boat…but just barely!
Watch the video below as Primmer pulls the girls onboard his boat with just seconds to spare as the massive cruise liner passes by. No word on whether the jet skis survived the ordeal or not.
